Admission Procedure

Admission is open to all aspirants irrespective of caste or creed, religion or race or gender. A copy of the Birth Certificate from the Registrar of Births and Deaths is required at the time of admission to LKG/UKG and class 1. Pupils coming from other schools will have to produce a Transfer Certificate issued by the school they last attended. Admission will be confirmed after an entrance test. The school has absolute right to deny admission to an aspirant who fails to score satisfactory marks/grade in the entrance test or whose credentials are found suspicious

Procedure & documents needed at the time of admission

NEW ADMISSION TO LKG/UKG

• No Admission Test is required to seek admission to the class LKG. The parents/guardians need to bring Birth Certificate (original) of the ward and required fee for Admission. The parents/guardians will be given an Admission form to fill up. Parents/guardians are advised to gather all the necessary information about the ward before they come to the school for an Admission test.
• Candidates seeking admission to UKG and higher classes are requested to follow the procedure given below
• Register the name of your ward for an Entrance Test. Date of the test will be intimated to the parent/guardian.
• After the successful completion of the entrance test, the parents will be given an Admission form to fill up. Parents/guardians are advised to gather all the necessary information about the ward before they come to the school for an Admission test. Admission fee is to be paid at the time of admission.
• Parents/guardians are requested to bring the following documents on the day of admission
  • Birth Certificate (Original)
• (Preferred) Parents/guardians may bring a copy of the Aadhaar Card of the ward (not mandatory) ADMISSION TO CLASSES CLASS 1 AND ABOVE
• Contact the school to know about availability of seat in a particular class where you seek admission.
• If a seat is available, register the name of your ward for an Entrance Test. Date of the test will be intimated to the parent/guardian.
• After the successful completion of the entrance test, the parents will be given an Admission form to fill up. Parents/guardians are advised to gather all the necessary information about the ward before they come to the school for an Admission test. Admission fee is to be paid at the time of admission.
• Parents/guardians should approach the school office along with the following documents.
  • Transfer Certificate from the previous school (original)
  • Progress Report/School Record from the previous school (original)
  • Copy of the Birth Certificate
  • Admission fee is to be paid at the time of admission.
• (Preferred) Parents/guardians may bring a copy of the Aadhaar Card of the ward (not mandatory)
